PROJECT
PRIDE
Community
Dividend Program
Prairie
Pride Credit Union believes that investing in our
community is an
investment
in our future. We believe that corporate
responsibility and social
responsibility
go hand in hand - we have a responsibility to be good
corporate citizens by giving back to the communities in
which we live and do business.
Prairie
Pride Credit Union has always been very committed to
supporting a wide range of community events,
organizations and causes. We have developed PROJECT PRIDE
to
create a legacy of community-based “Pride” projects
in our communities. As such, we may set aside a maximum
of $50,000 annually for PROJECT
PRIDE to support a community-based project or projects.
We
are inviting applications from community groups in our
trading area who are spearheading an effort to build,
expand and/or improve facilities and/or programs to
support the development of our communities. Our focus is
to support capital projects or one-time investments as
opposed to annual operating costs. Written applications
are to cover the criteria outlined on our website (www.prairiepridecu.com) under Community/Community Dividend Program. Requests
should be designated PROJECT
PRIDE. Only those requests from
within Prairie Pride Credit Union’s trading area will
be considered. Requests are to be submitted in
writing by October 15, 2008 to:

investments as opposed to annual operating costs.
PROJECT PRIDE
intends
to grant the funding to one group, project or program
