Carievale School Playground

Bob Wolensky, General Manager and Elaine Morgan, Director of Prairie Pride Credit Union presented Michael Wolf, principal of Carievale School, and Laura Stanley, Playground Committee a cheque for $10,000.00. The donation is a portion of Project Pride, the Community Dividend Program that Prairie Pride Credit Union implemented in 2008. The Carievale School Playground Committee’s goal is to construct a safe, secure structure, that provides and promotes fun and exercise for all the children enrolled at Carievale Community School.  The new playground will be a great addition to all the children within the Carievale area, due to its location next to the rink and ball grounds.  With Prairie Pride Credit Union’s donation they will now be able to purchase such a structure.

 Gainsborough Swimming Pool

Bob Wolensky, General Manager and Elaine Morgan, Director of Prairie Pride Credit Union presented Adrienne Gardiner,Swimming Pool Board Member a cheque for $10,000.00. The donation is a portion of Project Pride, the Community Dividend Program that Prairie Pride Credit Union implemented in 2008. The Gainsborough Swimming Pool caters to people young and old in the community.  The swimming pool is known for hosting different functions in Gainsborough including suppers, Ladies’ Night (one of their largest fundraisers), Lions Sportsman suppers and many more.  Prairie Pride Credit Unions donation will go towards replacing the cement around the pool.
