Night Deposit Comes to Carievale
The addition of the night deposit in the Carievale branch has been well received. Members may use the night deposit if they are unable to make it into the branch during office hours. It is there for your convenience.
Did You Know???
Prairie Pride Credit Union does not have a Board of Directors Credit Committee. With changes in legislation and in an effort to speed up the approval process, Prairie Pride Credit Union has eliminated the need for a Board of Directors credit committee by replacing it with a Management Credit Committee. All member applications for loans are handled internally by Prairie Pride Credit Union staff. Just another way we can deliver top notch professional services to our members.
The Last Suppers
The last Annual Meetings of each of the individual credit unions were held throughout the month of March. Attendance at each was great, with between 60 and 70 members attending each. Many awards were presented at the meeting, including presentations to former board members as a thank you for their past service. Roxanne Young, Karen Andersen, Olive Mainprize, Marilyn Freitag, Ron East, Eldon Ball, Myrna Henry, Malcolm Kendall, Melanie Meredith, Lori Henderson, Maureen Boutin, Prudent Mailhiot, Lynette Peet, Lennard Patton & Rozanne McClung were presented with beautiful straw pictures at their respective meetings.
Long term service awards were presented to the following staff: Shelley Taylor & Lisette Dubuc - 5 years; Brenda Ryckman & Kim Murray - 10 years; Louise Ann Thomas - 20 years. A big “Thank You” to the staff for arranging the suppers and ensuring the tickets were sold to members, and to the local groups who out did themselves preparing and serving a delicious supper.
